Craig Jennings
Craig Jennings is the owner of Ozark Fruit Company and Three Oaks Farm, where he
brings his extensive entrepreneurial experience to life. With a background in general contracting,
farming, beekeeping, jam and syrup making, and co-founding the Ozark Farmers Agricultural
Cooperative, Craig has become a dedicated resource for farmers and ranchers seeking success in
their own agricultural ventures.
At Three Oaks Farm, Craig manages two high tunnels where he grows strawberries and a
variety of lettuce mixes, alongside an acre of blackberries. When ready, these will be available
for a "you-pick" experience. His large vegetable patch typically features an array of produce,
including broccoli, cabbage, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, and herbs, all of which
are brought to local farmers’ markets.
A skilled jam and syrup maker, Craig creates 14 different varieties of jams and syrups in his
commercial kitchen on-site. Many of the fruits used in these products are grown on his farm or
sourced from local growers. Craig’s jams, syrups, and honey can be found at the Go Farm
